Commissioning delivered through Levels 1 to 5, witnessed by the Independent Commissioning Agent, including hydrant and sprinkler flow tests, pump performance tests and full integrated systems testing.

Lifecycle Maintenance

Routine inspection, testing and maintenance of every fire safety measure to AS 1851 after handover, protecting uptime and compliance.

Detection and Alarm

Addressable networked fire indicator panels, aspirating smoke detection in data halls and critical rooms, point and linear heat detection, triple IR flame detection for generator enclosures, and lithium ion battery off gas monitoring for UPS and battery rooms.

Emergency Warning

Emergency warning and intercommunication systems with speakers, visual alarm devices and evacuation zoning designed around the facility’s emergency plan.

Gaseous and Water Mist Suppression

Inert gas and fluoroketone clean agent systems for critical rooms, high pressure water mist, pressure relief dampers and room integrity testing.

Sprinkler and Pre Action Systems

Wet pipe sprinklers for support areas and double interlock pre action systems for data halls, minimising the risk of accidental water release over IT equipment.

Hydrants, Hose Reels, Pumps and Tanks

Fire hydrant ring mains, booster assemblies, hose reels, diesel and electric fire pumpsets, and fire water storage tanks sized for the site’s hydraulic demand.

Passive Fire Protection

Fire stopping of service penetrations, fire rated walls and ceilings, fire doors, fire and smoke dampers, and cable and structural fire protection, all tested systems with full penetration registers.

Portable Fire Equipment

Fire extinguishers and fire blankets selected for each hazard, including electrical and battery risks.
